Socioeconomic Impact

At Coca-Cola Hellenic we are the center of an ecosystem with a very important footprint and we strive to be a growth factor for the country, supporting our economy, society, market and industry with investments, jobs, innovations and exports. With the production and distribution of our products, as well as our overall activity, we support a wider supply chain that extends throughout the country, activating thousands of small and large companies. Agricultural facilities, industrial units and companies for the supply of intermediate goods, retail, wholesale, tourism and catering companies, etc.

This value chain, together with its wider effects, leaves a measurable footprint on the Greek economy. This footprint is presented in the Social Economic Impact Study that we constantly renew in order to become better every day and to enhance the value we create for our country.

In our most recent Social Economic Impact Study , for the first time, data of our contribution to the economy and employment, cumulative for our 50 years activity, are recorded . The preparation of the study was undertaken by the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE) based on the financial data of the period 1969-2018 from Coca ‑ Cola Tria Epsilon, Coca ‑ Cola in Greece, as well as TSAKIRIS SA. Ε. and Coca ‑ Cola HBC Services Ltd., local subsidiaries of the Coca ‑ Cola HBC Group.
