At the same time, Coca‑Cola Tria Epsilon conducts annual and quarterly engagement surveys, systematically monitoring the work environment and employee experience with the aim of actively responding to their needs and providing the right conditions for optimal performance and skills development.

According to the latest results, the employee engagement index stands at 85%, 95% of employees say they are proud to be part of Coca‑Cola Tria Epsilon, and 88% report feeling happy in their workplace. Additionally, for the first time, the Inclusion Index was measured, reaching 87%, confirming the company’s commitment to a culture of acceptance and equality.

These achievements highlight Coca‑Cola Tria Epsilon’s consistent strategy to create a modern and supportive work environment that promotes employee well‑being at personal, social and professional levels. This approach was also reflected in the distinctions the company received last year, with a total of 6 HR Awards and 3 DEI Awards, recognizing excellence in areas such as staffing strategy, talent development, diversity and equality, and the implementation of fair and non‑discriminatory compensation systems.

Certification based on high international standards

The “Top Employers Institute,” as an independent and internationally recognised certification organisation, evaluates participants through a global survey of best practices in Human Resources Management. The survey covers a wide range of topics related to employee development, including HR strategy, talent attraction, workforce planning, employee and leadership training and development, performance management, career and succession planning, benefits and company culture. Through comparative assessment, specialized guidance and strategic insights, organizations can enhance and showcase their human resources practices.
