FLEXY LIFE

The Flexylife & Family Extra Time-Off program, launched in 2018, aims to enhance the flexibility of our people, allowing them to manage their daily work schedules more effectively and achieve a balance between professional and personal life. Specifically, the program includes the following initiatives:

  • Working from home
  • Flexible arrival and departure times at the workplace
  • Additional leave days for new parents

These initiatives were designed with significant contributions from our people through working groups we conduct every year, involving participants from different departments, divisions, and locations.

During the pandemic, with the safety and health of our people as a top priority, we adopted a hybrid working model, which we continue to apply today. 

Our working model allows us to operate our offices as smart offices, offering a more flexible and modern work experience. Through an online booking system, our employees can reserve their workspace in advance, ensuring they have the right environment for collaboration or individual work, depending on their needs.

DIGITALIZATION

We constantly pursue innovation and implement “solutions” that improve operations and enhance the experience of our customers, consumers, and employees. We believe that developing a digital culture, tools, and skills is fundamental to sustainable growth and strengthening our competitiveness. For this reason, we have developed a multi-level strategy with targeted initiatives that promote the adoption of new practices and the development of essential skills. We ensure that every significant change is accompanied by a comprehensive internal communication plan for all levels of the company, along with the necessary employee training, to ensure our people are ready to embrace and leverage it.

CONTINUOUS UPGRADE OF SYSTEMS THAT AFFECT THE OPERATION & WORK OF OUR PEOPLE

  • Since 2019, we have been systematically investing in upgrading the tools that support our employees’ daily work and development:
  • Mobile Application for Performance Management: This app allows every employee to access the performance evaluation system from their mobile device, making feedback easy, quick, and accessible through multiple channels.
  • Helo Platform: An interactive and user-friendly platform designed to help our people grow, learn, and lead their teams.
  • Social & Collaboration Tools: We leverage modern collaboration tools that strengthen teamwork, organize workflows, and facilitate communication and interaction in a faster and more flexible way on a daily basis.
  • The goal of these initiatives is to modernize the work environment and support our employees in their development, continuously cultivating their digital skills.
