Our Flexylife & Family Extra Time-Off programs launched in 2018, aim to empower the flexibility of our people to manage more effectively the daily schedule at the workplace and the balance between work and personal life integration that become new parents. These programs are: 

  • Work from Home
  • Flexible Workplace Arrival & Departure Time
  • Extra Discretionary Parental Leave for New Parents

Also, these programs where framed and designed with the voice and the meaningful contribution of our people through various diverse focus groups we implement regularly every year with people across various teams, functions and locations.

DIGITALIZATION

We constantly seek for innovation and implementing solutions that evolve the operation and enhance the experience of our customers, consumers and people. We believe that the development of digital culture, tools and skills are essential components to ensure our growth and competitiveness. Thus, we have developed a multi-level strategy and initiatives for the adoption of new practices and the development of the necessary skills. We make sure that every new significant change is supported by a comprehensive internal communication plan at all levels and with the necessary training of our people.

CONTINUOUS UPGRADE OF SYSTEMS THAT AFFECT THE OPERATION & WORK OF OUR PEOPLE

  • In 2019 we launched for the first time Mobile Application for the new performance evaluation system that each of us can have on our mobile phone having the ability to give and receive feedback easily, quickly and from different sources.
  • Helo Platform - an interactive and user-friendly platform designed to support our people to grow, learn and lead their teams.
  • Introduction of modern Social & Collaboration Tools with the aim of enhancing daily collaboration, organizing the way of working, more direct and fast communication and interaction in a more direct and flexible way.
