Creating a work environment of inclusion and empowerment, where everyone feels part of the team and enjoys equal opportunities, is a fundamental element of our sustainable growth strategy.

For years, we have been implementing important initiatives in this direction. Among the most notable are the adoption of a Human Rights Policy based on international standards, the implementation of a unified performance evaluation system for all, equal pay without discrimination, as well as the creation of cross-functional working groups.

Since 2019, with the signing of the Diversity Charter of the European Commission, we have reaffirmed our commitment to promoting equality and inclusion in Greek businesses. For us, diversity is not just an initiative; it is a foundation of our culture. Our commitment is further strengthened through our Code of Business Ethics, which ensures that everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

International Women's Day

International Women’s Day is yet another opportunity to celebrate, in our offices and factories, the uniqueness of each of us that makes us stand out and grow together every day. On this day, as on every day of the year, we reaffirm our commitment to cultivating an environment free of stereotypes and discrimination, proving in practice that work has no gender.

Mother's & Father's Days

 Every year we also celebrate Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, honoring their vital role both in the family and in our daily lives. We stand by them with initiatives that express our appreciation and care, reminding them of their value through actions designed exclusively for them. Our initiatives vary – from surprise gifts from our favorite brands to experiential empowerment workshops with specialized coaches and mental health experts. These seminars aim to highlight timely topics that concern them, such as managing multiple roles in modern life, work-life balance, and everyday challenges, while providing practical tools that can be applied immediately.

Fun @ Work

For us, Fun@Work has a special value as it contributes to creating a positive and friendly work environment. We make the most of every opportunity to celebrate important occasions with our people, such as #Tsiknopempti, while we also organize Christmas events for employees’ children at all our facilities. At the same time, we place emphasis on creativity and participation through original initiatives.

 

Back to School: support through giving

At the start of each school year, we implement the Back to School initiative, which reflects the spirit of solidarity and inclusion that characterizes our organization, with the aim of supporting both society and the families of our employees.
 Through this initiative, our people volunteer to collect and distribute school supplies to children in need. In this way, we contribute meaningfully to a smooth start to the new school year, providing both resources and the psychological reassurance that they are not alone.
 At the same time, we offer special discounts and benefits for our employees’ families, recognizing that their children’s education is a top priority. Through this practical support, we strengthen the balance between professional and family life and stand by our people at every stage of their journey.

 

Christmas & easter Bazaar

During the holiday seasons, we organize internal Christmas and Easter Bazaars, creating a festive atmosphere of joy and giving. The proceeds are donated to charitable organizations, supporting vulnerable social groups and helping to meet their basic needs. In this way, we reinforce the sense of solidarity within the organization.

 

POLYETIES

We also recognize and honor the long-standing contribution of our people with a special event dedicated to them. Colleagues who complete 10, 20, 30, or 40 years in the organization are rewarded as a token of appreciation for their contribution to the company’s growth.
